Best Free Webflow Templates: 10 Picks for 2026
Ten free Webflow templates checked on their own pages today, with who each suits and what the Webflow site plan costs once you publish.
The best free Webflow templates in 2026 are Zelda for agencies, Medonix for health-tech and SaaS, Uncommon and Portfolio Starter for portfolios, LeStudio* and Kinetiq for studios, Cluster for SaaS, Woodland for architects, Fortress for builders and Chomp for restaurants that sell online.
Bias disclosure: 2 of these 10 are Waida Studio templates; we made them. The other eight are free templates on the Webflow Marketplace that we don't earn anything from. We checked each one's price, creator and live preview on its own page today.
How We Picked
- Free today, on its own page. Every Marketplace pick lists a price of $0 in its product data, and each shows "Free template" with a "Use for free" button. Waida's two are free with a free Waida account.
- A live preview that works. Each preview site loaded today and runs on Webflow.
- Built for a real job. A clear use (portfolio, agency, SaaS, construction, restaurant), not a generic layout.
- Range. Multi-page CMS sites and one-pagers, from six different creators, so you can match the template to the plan you intend to pay for.

The 10 Best Free Webflow Templates
1. Zelda — Free

Zelda is a dark agency template for design studios, creative teams and freelancers who sell a service. It has 13 pages, and on Webflow its work, blog, pricing and change log run from CMS collections, so a new case study is a new CMS item rather than a copied page.
It is free on Webflow, Framer, HTML, Next.js and Astro, and its Figma file is free too. Sign in with a free Waida account, then clone it. The licence is the same as a paid template: one person, unlimited projects, client work included, no credit required.
2. Medonix — Free

Medonix is a medical SaaS template for clinics, health-tech startups and software for medical professionals. It has 13 pages, with a CMS blog on Webflow, and works for a non-medical SaaS product once you swap the imagery.
Like Zelda, it is free on every platform with a free Waida account, Figma file included, under the same licence. If you need more than two free options, the free templates collection lists everything free across platforms.
3. Uncommon — Free [External]
Uncommon is made by Webflow itself and describes itself as a fully dynamic portfolio for creatives. The page lists a CMS structure that is set up and ready, interactions across the site and global colour swatches, so a rebrand starts with a few swatch changes.
Pick it if you want a portfolio built by the platform's own team, with projects managed in the CMS from day one.
4. LeStudio* — Free [External]
LeStudio*, also by Webflow, is an editorial agency portfolio with Home, About, Contact, Services and Work sections. It is quiet and typographic, which suits a studio whose projects carry the page.
It is a good second look if Zelda's dark style is not what your studio wants.
5. Cluster — Free [External]
Cluster by Flow Samurai is a SaaS and tech template with feature highlights and pricing tables. It is built around sign-ups and demo requests, the two actions most product sites need.
Use it for a software launch where you want a futuristic look rather than Medonix's clinical one.
6. Kinetiq — Free [External]
Kinetiq, also by Flow Samurai, is a one-page template for creative agencies and multimedia studios, with sections for services, past projects and testimonials.
A one-pager is the most realistic fit for Webflow's free Starter plan, which allows two static pages. It suits a small studio that needs to be online this week.
7. Woodland — Free [External]
Woodland by Zoya Aqib is a one-page template for architecture firms, interior design studios and freelance architects. The layout is spacious with subtle animations, and keeps the focus on project images.
It is the pick for a practice that wants a calm, credible page more than a large site.
8. Fortress — Free [External]
Fortress by Riffmax is a construction company template. Its page lists Home, About, Projects (CMS), a project page, News (CMS), an article page, Careers and a style guide, built with Webflow variables and descriptive class names.
It is one of the more complete free builds we found, and adapts to other trades. Our construction website design guide covers what that kind of site should include.
9. Chomp — Free [External]
Chomp by Flowbase is an Ecommerce template for restaurants and food businesses, with five or more pages and a shop built in.
The template is free, but selling through it needs a Webflow Ecommerce site plan, which starts at $29 a month billed yearly. Choose it only if online orders are the point of the site.
10. Portfolio Starter — Free [External]
Portfolio Starter by Webflow is a clean, responsive starting point rather than a finished design. It suits someone who wants to learn Webflow by building on a simple base.
If you are new to the Designer, our Webflow tutorial for beginners walks through cloning a template and publishing it.
What a Free Webflow Template Costs to Publish
A free Webflow template costs nothing to clone, but the site plan is billed by Webflow. The free Starter plan publishes to a webflow.io address with 2 static pages and 50 CMS items. A custom domain starts at $15 a month, and the CMS at $25, billed yearly, per Webflow's pricing page today.
Webflow site plan | Price (billed yearly) | What it allows |
|---|---|---|
Starter | Free | webflow.io domain, 2 static pages, 50 CMS items, 20 CMS collections, 1 GB bandwidth, 50 form submissions |
Basic | $15/mo | Custom domain, 300 static pages, 10 GB bandwidth, unlimited form submissions; no CMS |
Premium | $25/mo | Everything in Basic plus Webflow CMS: 20,000 CMS items, 40 collections, site search |
Ecommerce Standard | $29/mo | Online store with 500 ecommerce items and a 2% transaction fee |
So match the template to the plan. A one-pager such as Kinetiq or Woodland fits Basic. Zelda, Uncommon or Fortress use CMS collections, so plan for Premium once they go on your own domain. Chomp needs an Ecommerce plan to take orders. Our Webflow pricing guide explains the plans in more depth.
Free Webflow Template Licences
Free Marketplace templates can be used commercially but not resold. The licence shown on each Marketplace pick's page today says it is free to use in personal and commercial projects, and that you cannot resell, redistribute or license the template, in its original or modified state.
Waida's free templates carry the same licence as its paid ones: one person, unlimited personal, commercial and client projects, with no credit or attribution required. The full wording is in the Waida licence terms.
Free or Premium: When to Pay
Start free when the template already matches your content and your budget is the plan, not the design. Pay when you need more pages, a stronger visual identity or a template you will not see on dozens of other sites.
Premium Webflow templates at Waida cost $59 to $129 each, the Webflow Bundle is $159 for every Webflow template, and the Pro plan from $12 a month (billed yearly) includes one template credit each quarter. Our premium vs free templates guide sets out the trade-offs, and the pricing page has the plan details.

All 36 Webflow templatesFrequently asked questions
Are free Webflow templates really free?
The template is free to clone, but publishing is billed by Webflow. The Starter plan is free on a webflow.io address with 2 static pages; a custom domain starts at $15 a month and the CMS at $25, billed yearly.
Can I use a free Webflow template for a client or a business?
Yes. The free licence on Webflow Marketplace templates allows personal and commercial projects but forbids reselling or redistributing the template. Waida's free templates allow unlimited client projects for one person, with no credit required.
Where do I find free Webflow templates?
The Webflow Marketplace has a free templates section, and each free template page shows a "Use for free" button. Waida Studio's Zelda and Medonix are also free on Webflow with a free Waida account.
Do free Webflow templates include the CMS?
Many do, including Zelda, Uncommon and Fortress. Using CMS collections on your own domain needs Webflow's Premium plan at $25 a month billed yearly, because the Basic plan does not include the CMS.
Is a free Webflow template enough for an online store?
A free Ecommerce template such as Chomp gives you the design, but taking orders needs a Webflow Ecommerce site plan. The Standard plan is $29 a month billed yearly, with 500 items and a 2% transaction fee.
Do Zelda and Medonix include the Figma file?
Yes. Zelda and Medonix are free on every platform, Figma file included, once you sign in with a free Waida account. Other Waida Figma files are sold separately.
For most people, the shortlist is short: Zelda or LeStudio* for a studio, Uncommon for a portfolio, Cluster or Medonix for a product, and a one-pager like Kinetiq or Woodland if you want to stay on a cheap plan. All ten were free on their own pages today; the running cost is the Webflow site plan, from free on webflow.io to $25 a month with the CMS.
To see every Webflow template we make, free and premium, browse the Webflow templates page. Zelda and Medonix are free with a free Waida account, and if you would rather have one set up for you, template customisation is $499 with 7-day delivery.
