What you get

Each HTML template is a static site you can open, read and deploy anywhere: semantic markup, plain CSS, and only as much JavaScript as the interactions actually need. No build step, no framework, no toolchain to keep current. Unzip it, open index.html, and the site is running.

The full page set comes with it — home, about, services or work, blog, contact — plus a styled 404, a style guide page and a licence file listing the fonts and images used. Markup is structured rather than div-soup: real headings in order, landmarks, alt text, and classes named so you can find what you are editing.

Who these are for

Static HTML earns its place when the site does not need a CMS and you would rather not maintain one. Marketing sites, landing pages, documentation shells, portfolios that change a few times a year, and anything that has to be handed to a client with no ongoing platform bill. Hosting is free almost everywhere — GitHub Pages, Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, or a folder on any server.

It is also the honest choice when the alternative is a framework you do not need. A five-page brochure site does not benefit from a build pipeline, and it will still be running unchanged in five years.

Editing them, including with AI

Because everything is plain HTML and CSS, an AI coding assistant can work on these templates without any project-specific context. Point it at a file and ask for the change. That is harder with a framework template, where the assistant has to understand the conventions before it can safely touch anything.

If you would rather have a framework, the same designs are available as Next.js templates and Astro templates, and as visual-editor versions for Framer and Webflow.

Delivery, price and the bundle

HTML templates arrive as a source zip, emailed on purchase. There are 37 in the catalogue: Zelda and Medonix are free, and the rest are $39 each — the lowest price of any platform here, because a static build is less work to produce than a CMS-wired one.

The HTML bundle is $99 once for every HTML template, present and future. A Pro or Ultra plan adds the sections library and template credits that work across every platform. The Figma design file behind each template is a separate $19 purchase and is not needed to use the code.

What the licence allows

Every purchase grants a licence to use the template for personal or commercial work — the right to use the design, not ownership of it. One purchase is licensed to one person and covers an unlimited number of projects, your own and your clients’ alike. What you cannot do is resell, redistribute or share the templates as standalone files, or repackage them into a starter kit of your own. The full terms are on the terms page.
