Terms of Service

Welcome to Waida Studio. By purchasing, downloading, or using our templates or memberships, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of Our Templates

• All products sold on Waida Studio are digital goods.
• Each purchase grants a licence to use the template. It does not transfer ownership of the design.
• A single template, a platform bundle and a Pro plan are licensed to one person, who may use them on an unlimited number of projects — personal, commercial and client work alike. There is no per-site or per-project limit.
• Ultra is a team licence covering up to three named people on one plan, on the same unlimited-project basis.
• Free templates are licensed on the same basis: one person, an unlimited number of projects, personal, commercial and client work alike, with no credit or attribution required.
• A template unlocked with a plan credit stays licensed to you after the plan ends.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license or share our templates as standalone files, or repackage them into a template, theme or starter kit of your own.
• Templates obtained through a third-party marketplace are covered by that marketplace's own licence, not by these terms.

2. Membership & Access Plans

• Pro and Ultra plans include the sections library and template credits for the term you pay for; lifetime plans never expire. Templates unlocked with a credit stay yours after a plan ends. Platform bundles include every current and future template on that platform after a one-time payment. The Figma Bundle includes eligible Figma resources with permanent access after a one-time payment.
• Sharing access credentials with others outside your licensed team is strictly prohibited.
• Waida Studio reserves the right to update, replace, or discontinue templates at any time.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Blink.

By completing a purchase, you agree to Blink’s own terms of service and privacy policy.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once a template or membership is purchased, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not offered.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and assets available through Waida Studio are the intellectual property of Waida Studio and its contributors.

Purchasing a license grants you the right to use, not ownership of, the design files.

6. Limitation of Liability

Waida Studio is not responsible for:

• Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our templates.
• Loss of data, profits, or business interruptions caused by our products.

All templates are provided “as is,” without any warranty, expressed or implied.

7. Showcase Rights

By purchasing and using Waida Studio templates, you grant Waida Studio a non-exclusive right to display and reference websites built using the templates for portfolio, educational, marketing, and promotional purposes.

This may include screenshots, website URLs, and identification of the template used. Waida Studio will not disclose confidential information or imply endorsement by the website owner. Website owners may request removal from showcase materials by contacting Waida Studio.

8. Changes to Terms

Waida Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
